A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your location to notarize documents. Notary Sign Advantage can meet you at your home, office, hospital, assisted living facility, coffee shop, or another convenient location.

4. What identification is required for notarization?

You must provide a valid government-issued photo ID such as:

  • Driver’s license

  • Military ID

The ID must be current or otherwise acceptable under Arizona notary laws.

5. Do all signers need to be present?

Yes. Every signer whose signature is being notarized must personally appear before the notary at the time of notarization.

6. Do you offer same-day or emergency mobile notary services?

Yes. Notary Sign Advantage offers same-day, evening, weekend, holiday, and emergency mobile notary appointments based on availability. Our hours are 8 AM to 8 PM 7 Days a Week.

7. Do you provide loan signing services?

Yes. We provide professional loan signing services for buyers, sellers, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and other real estate transactions throughout the Phoenix area.

8. Can you notarize documents at hospitals or assisted living facilities?

Yes. We regularly provide mobile notary services at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities throughout Phoenix and surrounding communities.

9. Can a notary provide legal advice or prepare legal documents?

No. A notary public cannot provide legal advice, explain legal documents, or prepare documents unless they are also a licensed attorney.
